Tutorial: Midnight Smokey Eyes

How-To:
1) Define eyes by lining just the upper rims with Brightening Eyeliner by e.l.f.
2) Using the same eyeliner, start by drawing a very light arch-like outline from inner corners of eyes and following through to the top creases of eyelids.  Then neatly shade in eyelids from inner corner to top of creases, but skip filling in the middle part of the eyelids. (*Helpful tip: instead of using the tip to shade, use the side of the liner to shade in) ^^
3) Go back in with a cotton swab to blend and smudge out any harsh lines from shading.
4) For a smoldering effect, use brush that came with the eyeliner to apply the darker grey eyeshadow by e.l.f. on eyelids.  Apply shade on top of lash lines and working up to the creases of your eyes.  Define your lower lash lines with the same grey shadow.  For highlighting, pat the light gold eyeshadow by e.l.f. in center of eyelids.
5) To create brightness and shimmer, add a subtle blue to the look.  Swipe on the blue by FLIRT! on inner corner of the eyes and filling in a third of the whole eyelids.
6) For this denim blue eyes look, keep the face matte by dusting on some mineral powder.  (*Helpful tip: setting with mineral powder will aid in oil absorption and allow makeup to stay in place without clumping or over powdering).
7) Finally complete look with Ultimate Mascara by Mary Kay and for the lips choose a natural tint color like Lancôme lipstick - Le Rouge Absolu in pink diamond.
